Dermaplane Procedure
Dermaplane treatment lasts around 20-30 minutes per session. During this facial, our professionals will gently scrape over your skin at a 45-degree angle with a dermaplaning tool. All the fine hairs and dead skin cells on the surface will be removed, revealing a fresh, bright layer of young skin. The amazing results of our dermaplane service last approximately 3 weeks.
At Home Care
After a dermaplane treatment, at-home care is especially important, as the newly exposed skin can be sensitive. The first 3-7 days after treatment are essential for the health of this new skin.
- Do not use scrubs or exfoliators for 1 week
- Avoid direct sun exposure for 3 days
- Avoid extreme heat for 3 days
- Avoid chlorine for 1 week
Gentle but hydrating moisturizers and serums should be applied daily. The young skin cells will be especially vulnerable to sunlight, so sunscreen must also be applied daily! These guidelines for post-treatment care will help you keep your skin hydrated and healthy, and you will feel the difference!
